the man at the front counter went above and beyond to make us more comfortable.
Bus was at least 5 hours late which made me miss all other buses. Instead of taking 10 hours it took 2 days. Had to sleep in bus station all night on hard bench no refund. Had medicine that needed to be cold but had to buy ice. Poor services there.
They have great bus drivers that love to talk and laugh with the customers while on the road & their buses are always clean on the inside.
I love it!! Great ride and very clean bus.
