Terrible Customer Service! I purchased the $46 plan for Metro PC for the month of October it includes the Unlimited Talk and Text and have 3GB. Its letting me use the internet but its not showing the picture on my phone since it still saying that I used all my GB and when I called the store the lady her name is Cassandra who is the manager gave me a bad customer service telling me that I need to waste my gas and come back to the store to purchase a additional fee for the GB and I already went into the store to pay for the plan and they still want me to pay for extra gas money to go in the store to pay for additional fee for to get the GB who does that horrible and they won't let me call customer service on my phone its horrible and each store I call they won't help I swear if I don't get this resolve I'm going with another company forget this!
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.Everytime I go into the store the staff greets me with kind hearts and helps me find what it is I'm looking for I live this store.
