A delicious stop on the way west. If you eat vegetarian ask for the special (lunch) menu. I had veggie enchiladas that were stuffed full of seemingly every fresh, then grilled, vegetable available in the kitchen. The salsa is mild and delicious, and the service is top notch.

You have to give this place a try. The inside is very clean and the wait staff is super attentive. Meals come out hot and flavorful. I had the mixed burrito (which comes with chicken, steak, and veggies). The burrito is massive, flavored well, and was served with rice and beans. Tasty beans - don't taste canned like some restaurants do. We are only visiting the area but I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend.
