Great food
Today while getting carry outs during the lunch hour, I asked for a serving of beets. The male server asked the female server to get it for me. She point blankly said, "No!" I couldn't understand her refusal to serve a customer in the establishment. I didn't know her but she seemed to know my husband from her looks and gestures. This was my first time recounting such rudeness there. I have been there more times than I care to remember.
Most of the time, the food and the service is good.
This place is horrible every time I go to this place the employees treated me like crap. I remember when I got my food and I chose a table to eat at the waitress came over instead of asking me do I need any refills or need more food they ask me to tip them like $5+. I was like shocked and another waitress came to my table and ask me do I need anything and I said yes I need more corn and I notice she went and got me some more corn and charged me extra for it. I notice everytime I went to this place they always have the same items on their menu every week like Chicken and Dumplings and Baked Chicken nothing different I was like why they keep having the same items on the menu. I noticed everytime I went to this place I remember they had the $4.99 special and I usually get that but I noticed the employees who assisted me got sick of me coming to their restaurant and they treated me like I was nothing and their food taste nasty and their customer service is a hot mess. One girl who was the cash register used to stay disrespecting me every time I try to pay for my food I was like wow I used to asked myself "What did I ever do to you" I tried to call the manager and tell them what happened but I noticed my gut told me to pay attention and that same manager went and snitched to the people who were doing me wrong and the same ones who did me wrong left from their jobs and starting spreading mess all in the mall like foolish people in the animal farm. It was horrible until this day I will never think about going to Piccadilly Cafeteria ever ever ever again! I do accept and forgive them but I refuse to be around people and places like them and I wish them the best.
The food was good! The red velvet cake is super delicious!!! A must try!!!
