Very poorly up keep. Trash in the stairwell. No chair in room for desk.Refrigerator door will not close all the way thus the freezer part is iced up. First impressions... I won't be back and would not recommend. Was given a smoking room at first but was able to swap out. Curtains will not close all the way to block outside view. Overall place needs much attention. Thanks
No stars for this shady hotel!(gave 1 star because I had to in order to post this) Mind you Greenville is hot , and we couldn't even use the air-conditioning unit cause it was full of mold and mildew for 2 days..Call(S) to the front desk with the promises of getting the maintenance to clean it..Nope..Call(S) to speak to the manager...Nope.. "unavailable" with no return call..I will never stay at the establishment again..and you shouldn't either.. But I do want to thank the front desk receptionist on the overnight shift for getting us into a new room the 3rd night..
At my stay everything was clean sanitize rooms was fresh the done made up each day or everything was excellent I give it A5 star rating
Bed ok, lots of little pillows, and plenty of lamps. TV had 2 remotes, toilet weak. I went to go get coffee at 6:30 am, and thought I would return the key. On the way out the lady at counter called me to the counter. I was no where in the system. Thank God the owner/manager showed up to fix that problem. I'm under choice points. Thank God I went got that coffee, and turned in keys.
My hotel stay was decent. Staffs were friendly service was excellent. Hotel looks little old though. Price was very decent: nobody can beat the price!
