I've had numerous problems with warranty issues not being honored which has escalated to cause other related mechanical problems which has caused lots of confusion for everyone involved..ALLOW ME TO MAKE ISSUES CLEAR..!!..THEY STATED MECHANICAL ISSUE WAS NOT COVERED...BUT IT WAS ""COVERED"".. I HAD PURCHASED THE "GOLD" PLAN....i had to pay outside source to fix mechanical problem..I'm a three time loyal nissan owner..2009..2012..2014..this experience has left me extremely stressed..trying to figure what to do next..
